At Ideafoster, we’ve entered a new global chapter after the U.S.-based group Bird Impact acquired us.
Eduardo Martínez has taken on the role of CEO, alongside Kesiah Carrillo as COO.
We’ve launched Ideafoster+ (IF+), a collaborative HIVE that brings together strategy, creativity, and technology.
Our model drives global projects in partnership with leaders in AI, 3D design, cybersecurity, and digital development.

For over a decade, we’ve collaborated with some of the world’s most influential brands, Nestlé, Repsol, VISA, Toyota, LEGO, and ETSI, validating more than 2,000 ideas and delivering projects that have reached over 8 million people.

At the forefront are Eduardo Martínez, with over 20 years of international experience in business development, marketing, and operations; and Kesiah Carrillo, a reference in applied innovation and inclusive leadership.
Together, they lead a 100% remote, 90% female team spread across Spain, Latin America, and the United States, a model that reflects what we believe in: diversity, collaboration, and balance between technology and humanity.
As Kesiah sums it up:
