A necessary evolution


At Ideafoster, we believe today’s challenges can’t be solved with yesterday’s structures. That’s why, in 2025, we launched Ideafoster+ (IF+) : A natural evolution of our model following our integration into the Bird Impact group.


IF+ is more than a brand extension. It’s a new way to connect strategy, creativity and technology, a living ecosystem inspired by nature: a collaborative HIVE where every person, partner, and discipline contributes their talent to build unique, tangible, value-generating solutions.



What is the HIVE model?


The HIVE is our way of rethinking innovation: a more agile, flexible, and modular model that allows us to create the perfect team for every project.


Each challenge brings together specialists from different fields: strategists, designers, developers, facilitators and technologists, who collaborate to create solutions tailored to each client’s real needs.

  • Repsol University Hackathon: three days of co-creation with 93 students, generating real ideas to advance decarbonization.


Over more than a decade, we’ve validated 2,000+ ideas, reaching over 8 million people, and maintaining a 92% client retention rate.
