Sanitas, a leading healthcare provider in Spain, aimed to boost internal innovation by activating cross-functional teams. The challenge was to help employees turn real healthcare insights into validated, actionable solutions aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
We designed and facilitated an internal innovation program where three teams defined strategic challenges, explored opportunities, validated user needs, and prototyped impactful solutions. The sprint culminated in high-level presentations with clear next steps for implementation.
