A food and beverage company needed to validate several product concepts before development. With only early-stage ideas, they lacked branding, packaging, and deep consumer insight to identify which concept had true market potential in Mexico.

We kicked off with a Digital Safari to identify trends, consumer needs, and emotional triggers. Through frameworks like 5W1H, we mapped key audiences and market gaps, laying a strategic foundation for each concept’s direction.

We designed labels, product mockups, and digital assets to test each idea. For validation, we built A/B tested landing pages and launched social campaigns to measure real user interest using heatmaps, scrollmaps, and Typeform surveys.

Finally, we analyzed performance data and identified the winning concept. The client received go-to-market recommendations, packaging insights, and campaign strategy — all grounded in real user behavior and feedback.
