An entertainment company in the sports betting space set out to enhance its platform experience to better engage a new generation of users. The goal: design features that go beyond usability-creating emotional connection and long-term engagement.




We collaborated with a leading sports betting platform to redefine their digital user experience and prioritize the most impactful product features. The project was structured in three agile phases, combining research, co-creation, and prototyping.


Through strategic research and competitive analysis, we identified core user pain points and key opportunity areas. These insights shaped the foundation for ideation and aligned the team around clear innovation priorities.
Working side-by-side with client's team, we co-developed and tested high-impact value propositions. Early-stage prototypes were validated with real users, resulting in a product roadmap grounded in user needs and business goals.
