A leading global food company launched an internal innovation contest across international teams. Each was tasked with developing a new product for the South African market, requiring strong cultural fit, consumer insight, and alignment with local ingredients and habits.




We conducted market research to understand South African food behaviors, preferences, and purchase drivers. Through trend analysis and consumer surveys, we helped teams uncover key needs and define user profiles to guide product development.


Using our Innoverse framework, we led sprint-based workshops to help teams conceptualize products based on local ingredients. We supported packaging design, prototyping, and presentation coaching. Two concepts were selected as winners to move into development.
